mango and mint icypoles

These are awesome to have after school on a hot day!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 mangoes
  • 600ml water
  • Mint
  • Paddle pop sticks
  • Ice block moulds

METHOD

  1. Peel and blend mango, mint and water
  2. Pour into moulds and set with sticks
  3. Freeze overnight
