INGREDIENTS

  1. 4 mangoes
  2. 600ml water
  3. Mint
  4. Paddle pop sticks
  5. Ice block moulds

 

METHOD

  1. Peel and blend mango, mint and water
  2. Pour into moulds and set with sticks
  3. Freeze overnight
